Follow these simple recommendations and enjoy this unforgettable experience in a safe and fun way:

• We recommend using sun cream and a cap to protect yourself from the sun.
• Bring a towel to use at the end of the activity.
• It is important to distribute the weights on the jet ski so that it is always balanced. Especially when browsing.
• Never drive the boat under the influence of alcohol
• Never start or have the engine running until you make sure that there is any person or floating object near the turbine.
• Never exceed the yellow buoys, which delimit the bathing areas.
• Never reach the shore with the motorcycle, it is totally prohibited.
• Always keep a safe distance from the coast and other boats when we are browsing.
• Avoid risky maneuvers at all costs.
• Never separate more than 2 nautical miles from the coast (4 km approx.)

Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is on our flag with a white background and our logo. Located at mooring G 36 of the Marina Santa Eulalia. 

What documentation do I need to present?

In order to carry out the route, the monitors will request the DNI or passport. In the case of minors, it will be necessary to sign the corresponding authorization from the father/mother/legal guardian of the minor before starting the route.

What time should I arrive?

30 minutes before the start time of the excursion.

What is the minimum age to take the jet ski

16 or 17 years old with the corresponding authorization signed by a parent/legal guardian or accompanied by an adult from the age of 8 and a minimum height of 120 cm.

There are always the same prices?

A 20% discount will be offered at the beginning and end of the season.

Is the price per jet ski?

Yes, it will only have an extra cost of €20 when adding a companion.

Can 2 people drive the motorcycle?

Yes, as long as they meet the age requirements detailed above. Approximately halfway through the route there is a stop where you can exchange the driver.

Do I need a license?

No, since our excursions are carried out under the supervision of qualified and experienced instructors.

Do we make any stops during the tour?

Yes, we will make a stop to rest and take a bath, as well as take photos in the middle of the excursion.

What happens if the weather does not allow the excursion?

In this case, the client will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative date will be sought. If this is not possible, 100% of the money advanced for the reservation will be returned to the client.

Will I be able to take photos during the tour?

It is allowed to bring your phone or camera to take photos during the stop. We are not responsible in case of breakage or loss.

Can I bring any object with me?

The motorcycles are equipped with a small waterproof compartment where you can store any small object that you want to take with you, such as a wallet, mobile phone or sunglasses. Although we recommend not to bring valuables.

What clothes are recommended to wear?

It is advisable to wear a swimsuit and a T-shirt, as well as apply sunscreen before departure. We will give you a life jacket before leaving.

Where can I leave my things?

You can leave a small backpack and shoes in the trunk located next to our mooring.

Due to bad weather:

When we are forced to cancel an excursion due to bad weather (rain, waves of more than 1 m or wind greater than 25 kt) we will proceed to find an alternative date on which the excursion is available and the client can leave.

If no alternative date is found, the full amount paid for the reservation will be refunded.

By the Customer:

In case of being the client who cancels the reservation, for any reason that is not justified, the following procedure will be followed:

1. If more than 5 days notice is given, 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation of the activity will be refunded.
2. If less than 5 days notice is given, the amount paid for the reservation of the activity will not be refunded.

 By  Sun & Sea Charter S.L.:

In the case of force majeure, among which a breakdown may occur, and cannot offer the activity, Sun & Sea Charter S.L, undertakes to notify the client immediately, as well as to put all possible logistical and human means to solve the problem.

In the event of finally not being able to carry out the reserved activity, Sun & Sea Charter S.L, undertakes to return 100% of the amount paid by the client for the reservation, as well as to offer a 25% discount on the next rental.
